The previous owner of my 2014 S Countryman 127K miles used 0-W30 Synthetic Oil. The manual says 5-W30.

This is an M35 Stahlhelm that was period updated to the heavy rough-textured paint and single Decal of the M40. Shell is ET68. Liner is a 61, and shows light age, like helmet was never worn after the conversion. 95% intact original decal.
