I've created quite a few W40k gaming aids for FDM printing including things like T'au Observer/Spotted tokens and i've uploaded the files for free if anyone wants to make use of them.

youtu.beSpecial Trade Limit Thought
While I don't know if they'd ever remove the limit, one thought I've had is whether it should actually be a Special trade limit per person you trade with.
Main thought is say a parent with 2 kids
Currently, you'd only be able to trade with 1 of them and 1 cannot do any special trades that day.
With this, it would be you could special trade with each other 1 time each a day
So
Parent > Child 1
Parent > Child 2
Child 1 > Child 2
Then the extra special trade can either be done as increases with all by the amount or it's done as a universal extra like current, but it is used after your normal daily with the other person.
I'm guessing the major issue would be people running multiple accounts, but it feels like the Quality of life to the general populace would outweigh this possible downside.

Dice Box with Storage for Halo Flashpoint - Free File
Continuing my foray into CAD designing after getting a FDM Printer, I designed myself a dice box with extra storage based on my own "needs" at tournaments.
https://makerworld.com/en/models/2945782-flashpoint-dice-tray-with-storage#profileId-3299765
Outer Dimensions are 180x250mm
- Main dice tray has a good size tray area (170x170mm and 4mm depth) with a shelf for dice being used during that tournament.
- Dice storage carries 21 D8 and 24 Command Dice/D6, a pen slot, weapon card slot and extra space for other bits. This part then can be left in your bag with the lid on it once you get out the bits you need for the tournament.
- Weapon, Item and Objective item storage has sections to keep your 12 weapons and 16+ items used on the day alongside the most used objective items so you can easily access them for a game.
If more storage is needed for stuff like Headhunter tokens, you can just print a second one and it can sit nicely with it all.
Optionally if you don't want the dice side of this, you can just print the token holders and lids and be sorted there.
Dice Tray and Dice Storage use 4x 5x3mm magnets in the top and 4x 5x3mm magnets in the bottom.
Though you can forgo the magnets at the bottom of one of them should you want to use them as the bottom with nothing under them.
Token Storage uses 8x 5x2mm magnets, 4 on top and 4 beneath.
Lid used 4x 5x2mm magnets.
This works nicely with the other item that I am just finishing prototyping and will be testing on the weekend which is a Fireteam Organiser, like the unit organisers, but where they slot together to make 1 easy to move around slab with spaces for all your command dice, extra one use dice, round and score counter dice and all tokens needed by units.
I've added a image of the Prototype at current at the end of the photos
New Article - Why Now is the Best Time Ever to Play Halo: Flashpoint
manticgames.comSo I designed some simple Hex shaped Interlocking Display stands for Flashpoint models and I've linked the files for free
These are designed with a magnet slot under the model slot to add a 5x2mm magnet for extra security but can not add as the slot is hidden when a model is in the stand.
This version is built around Warmag magnets being on the base so that while in the slot the top of the base is flush with the top of the Hex.
I will do a version for people who don't add these under the base to make them also be flush with the top.
All the Hexes are the same size, so no matter which base size one is printed, they will Interlock.

I will also be uploading a file which has all the individual Hexes for each base size (25mm/27mm/32mm/40mm) with heights of (10mm/15mm/20mm/25mm/30mm/40mm/50mm) so these can be either printed off individually to fills gaps or be combined into display stands how people see fit.
