Finally got diamond three in the first five seasons

when I started this quest I assumed that by the time I finished this goal, there'd be some new reason for me to continue playing mo.co. however uh. that's not the case so. time to put down my technofists until there's a reason to play the game again.

it's okay to lack power progression, but cores aren't progression at all.

I think it's very interesting to have a game where there's not very much power progression, such that a new player could easily play with an old player. however, cores are functionally useless. there is no difference in my experience between using a weapon with maxed out cores and using a weapon with no cores. what I think mo.co should have instead is weapon parts, extra abilities that come with a major upside and a major downside. for example, there could be a squid blades "part" that removes the invisibility to give the ult infinite pierce. something that provides a meaningful sense of change and personalization to long-term players (don't just make them stat tweaks), while not putting them much further ahead than the current system of cores and weapons does.

the mouth is functional the eyes are not ;-; god I wish we could make custom irises function. and yes I did waste two hours on hair that I threw out and trying to find some way to make the eyes function.

so are these new mastery dojos meant to be easy, or hard?

I've been working my way through all the weapon dojos, but they've been very inconsistent. some of the dojos, like the first two headbanger dojos, were all so easy that I cleared them on my first attempt, while making major mistakes, and still managed significant optimizations over the fastest time. on the other hand, I'm not sure if 40 seconds on the first electrofist dojo is even possible. like I'm no slouch with the electrofist, I've been maxing out my elite credits largely using it, but the fastest time physically possible doesn't seem to be anywhere near 40 seconds. so are the dojos meant to be superhuman tests of skill that don't even seem possible, or so easy you can beat them with your eyes closed?
