Hey guys,

I’m planning a build in the NZXT H7 Flow RGB (2024) with a very large GPU and I noticed the case layout makes GPU sag support a bit awkward compared to older cases.

For those using heavy GPUs in this case:

What anti-sag bracket/support are you using?
Did you go vertical mount or standard horizontal?
Any issues with clearance, airflow, or mounting?

I’m trying to avoid buying something that ends up not fitting properly with the H7 Flow 2024 layout.

I’m planning to install an ASUS ROG Astral RTX 5080 vertically inside my NZXT H7 Flow RGB (2024, CM-H72FB-R1) using the Lian Li VG4-4 vertical GPU kit with the Gen 5 riser cable.

From what I checked:

H7 Flow supports GPUs up to 410mm
ROG Astral 5080 is around 358mm long and ~76mm thick (4-slot)
The Lian Li kit supports 4-slot GPUs and adjustable positioning

My main concern is:
Will this setup fit properly without airflow issues or clearance problems against the glass panel?

I also heard the H7 Flow doesn’t have native vertical slots, so I might need to cut/remove the metal slot dividers on the back for the Lian Li kit to work. Has anyone here done this mod on the H7 Flow 2024?

Would appreciate any photos, tips, or warnings before I buy everything. Thanks!

Does the ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 fit well inside the NZXT H7 Flow RGB?

I know the official specs say it should fit, but I was wondering if anyone here actually has this combo or something similar.
Especially curious about:

cable clearance
airflow
radiator space
whether it feels too cramped in real life
