Wardens call a mulligan, we weren't looking

For some reason, on manorlords and manorlords only, I hear a persistent buzzing noise tied to framerate. The pitch increases or decreases depending on framerate and I cant figure out how to fix it. In addition, whenever I build I get a screen tearing effect. Has anyone run into these issues before?
