I see everyones bills increasing. It's insane. Most of us can not afford them as is. Today I noticed my MSD bill nearly doubled even though I consumed less water THEN ALL PREVIOUS MONTHS THIS YEAR. Please make it make sense. Calling MSD was no help.

Trying to trace wiring in my garage because the breaker keeps popping. During my search I found this and now I am just extra confused. What could this be for, a death trap? Why would someone do this…. Could this be the cause of my breaker tripping?
