Question concernant le DPE

Bonjour à tous,

Je souhaite acheter un appartement pour ma RP et j'ai reçu le diagnostic DPE de la part de l'agent immobilier.

Le bien en question est un appartement situé dans un immeuble des années 70 et classé en DPE C.

Cependant en regardant le diagnostic de plus près, il y a deux cases qui sautent aux yeux :

- Confort d'été (hors climatisation), qui est en INSUFFISANT.

- Performance de l'isolation, qui est en INSUFFISANT.

C'est étrange non, avoir un DPE C mais tout en insuffisant quand il s'agit de l'isolation. Est-ce que c'est normal? Est-ce que le diagnostic est à refaire?

Looking into reviving a dead game

So I find myself in quite the predicament : there is this game called Respawnables that I used to play a ton as a kid. Sadly, the servers closed in 2022, and the app has now disappeared from all of the App stores (Play Store doesn't even have it in the the list of apps I had installed before).

I managed to find the APK on UpToDown (for some reason PureAPK didn't have it), but now I'm trying to troubleshoot it into working. Right now I'm stuck with an error 561 - Licence Check Failed.

I have little knowledge of how android apps work, so I wanted to ask the question : do you guys know if it's possible or even common to access the app's code and tweak some stuff? Perhaps the licence check could be bypassed.

New Haul : OG Pelican and some additionnal sets for 60€

No figs but the Pelican should be complete. I'll get onto disassembling and cleaning it right away!

Not going to lie, I made a pretty good deal on this (got it for around 110€, with some of the figs still in their packaging and some packs unopened).

The only sad thing is that this set was sold without the sticker sheet, but I figured I could always get some custom printed ones!
