Leonox: “Yall, my mom made me leave the house and get in the car today! I still don’t like that thing. There’s a lot of stopping and going and then stopping again. It makes me anxious because I don’t know why we have to stop so much… Apparently we were in the car because I needed to go to the vet and when we got there, mom made me stand still on this weird plate. The number made mom anxious because she was worried I wasn’t healthy since I’d lost 2lbs, but the lady with the treats told her that I was still perfect. After my shot, we got back in the car and got to go see my favorite people, the office ladies! They always give me toys and treats, but this time it was because mom wanted to see how I’d handle living in a house with stairs since we’re going to be moving from our small apartment to a bigger townhouse when 1 opens up for us. I’ll have more space to play and spread out my toys. Then, after we napped and ate, we went to my Grammy and paws where I got to see my 4 legged Aunt Gabi and 2 legged cousin. Now mom is about to read and I’m going to do what I do best… sleep 😴.”

Had the time to change my nails today and went with this NR set. I was a little anxious because theae were marked down to $8 at TJ Maxx which normally means someone has opened the package and taken some out, but all my sizes were there! Absolutely OBSESSED with this set, but we’ll see how long they really last because they’re medium length and I have been sticking to short for a long time 🤷🏻‍♀️

I didn’t get a picture of the first set, but it was Lilac Glaze. The first picture is Plum Pop and the second is Cinnamon.

Going to be honest, this is a brand that if I find a set I like in Marshall’s or TJMaxx, I may buy again. However I won’t repurchase for full price on their site again. The first two sets both chipped on the side thumb in such a way that it literally took a chunk out of the side of it and I’m too OCD about my nails for all that so they got changed quicker than I had planned. I also wasn’t any harder on them than I am on any other brands either. I do really like the designs and they’re so pretty in person so I wish this wasn’t happening. I think I’ll be sticking to BTArtBox, Nail Reformation, and Celebrtips going forward.

Had a set of Celebritips French tips on recently and loved them until I was trying to remove a screen cover on my phone and they got scratched up so I went to a Glamnetic set and they made it a week (Glamnetic chromes are so pretty, but they don’t last). Switched to these tonight and I love them 😍😍

I’m normally a very basic or glitter nails type of person so these were a bit of a stretch, but I really like these!

Leonox says: “mom is back at it again… except she keeps making me go on longer and longer walk. I miss when she was fine with 2 or 3 little short walks and then I could go back to being a chair potato… she also bought me a new leash that doesn’t let me pull as much and she won’t let me play chicken in the road… although the big city transit buses scare me and I almost make my mom trip everytime. We did get to go to the dog park the other night and there were actually friends there! I liked all of them, but one. He was too pushy. One really nice guy gave me a treat that I need mom to buy for me and I loved that man. I don’t think he believed my mom when she said I used to be scared of men…”
