Rain assisted expanding foam application! This was a 4 beer build. 70 % done, I will add sills, window stones, battlement, stone block trace (dremel tool),cracks & weathering, color inlay & pallet shoes, and finally, da monster mud. This was a donated hot tub cover; this will give me 47 ft of castle wall!
Blood castle wall build and spruce - up.
There's going to be approximately 45 ft of sections to place in front of the house , to frame a backdrop for the dead - end cemetery.

Using aged picket fencing & scrap wood, I built a frame to allow the doors to swing in the wind.

From mock-up to pegged and pinned for expanding foam. Crate shoes added for stability, Dremel time to add faux joints to wall. Black paint inlay,then final monster mud to complete.

All curb found items; chain lamp - upside down & rewired, wood post & umbrella base, repurposed bones n skulls.
Foam trim & set.
When I added shoes to this segment, the base separated( shoe was slightly heavier than the end). So, I bulked up the end wit more foam for a sturdier wall. I used 1 board screwed beneath, metal pins & long nails to anchor & set foam pieces. To finish, I do some roughing of the foam, black paint for inlay, then monster mud to coat.
