I ( male freshman) have a crush on this girl (freshman) but when I try to more than a few words, I freeze up witch is weird because I’m an extrovert, I need advice, how do I not freeze up and how do I not make myself look bad? I’m trying to get her number before my school gets out on June 11th.

so i dated my ex for about a year and when i broke up with her about 3 months ago, it started off fine but recently, I’ve been getting flashbacks to when we were dating and idk why it’s hitting this hard because i was really glad that i broke up with her because she was bringing me down, like to self harm. what should i do to and has anyone else experienced this?
