I am looking for suggestions on play couch vs indoor jungle gym ( rock climbing, ladder , railing)

We have lots of parks near by with swings/ slides and rope structures, but we have long winters, so will spend lots of time inside.

Which one did you invest in and is it worth it now? or if you have regrets about it?
What are the advantages or disadvantages of one over the other?

My baby is 10 month old but I am looking to invest in something that can be used for coming toddler years. Thank you!
