And for the how Collect the stars ( or the Meteorites) you need to disable the " Skip EFB Access from CPU " from settings menu but the game well drop the fps between 20_23 and how to solve this issue. Well this Not (PERFECTLY PLAYABLE) because the frames is not good but for me it's playable (not much).

I know there is a mobile version of this game but on the pc version a better gamepad support and up the resolution from 480p to 720p (maybe this reasons not enough for some people but I posted for those interested)

1 playstation vita emulation (Vita3k)

2 Nintendo Switch emulation ( Ryujinx or the other Forks)

But this options have there issues. Like the vita3k have the issue on the music or in the frame drops

And the Switch emulation have the frame drops and the crash

But if you want to Trying to play this game on winlator or gamehub the vram issue message well appears

But now you can play this game on winlator mali 1.1 on 60 fps without any frame drops (except the Fire places will drop between 50-55)

So I tried to play "Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance" on winlator bionic mali 1.1 but there is a issue is The L2 and R2 triggers are not working on this game

I did not expect to run this game on helio g99 because on the past when I wanna play the game just crash.but now the game Is working on winlator mali 1.1. I played this game over 1.5 hours and not crashing. here the settings to run the game so far:
