This is a series of Q&A circulated by the Tenant Association board to the tenants.

Question 1) The ad invites people to buy shares in the co-op. Does this mean we are definitely going to convert to a co-op?

Answer: NO. Whether we go co-op or remain a rental depends on how many of us buy in. If a large majority of us don't buy in, we will not be allowed to convert to a co-op.

Question 2) If we fail to reach the necessary majority, what will happen to the outside people who paid to buy shares, and moved into the vacant apartments?

Answer: They will get their deposits back. If they have already moved into the apartment, they will have the option to sign a lease and remain here as rent-stabilized tenants.

Question 3) If some of us -- current residents -- pay our $2500 to buy a share, but not enough of us do so to reach the co-op threshhold, will we get our money back?

Answer: Yes

Although my hope is that nobody participates in the lottery so the AG and the DA are obligated to look into this non-profit because of its inability to unload the building to unsuspecting first-time buyers, I doubt Reddit has this power in a city of 8 million people dying for a roof. But I am posting the story here as proof that I have tried to whistleblow.

As time has passed in New York City, I have put together the tools required to change America, if people want to try to do in their counties what I have done in mine.

Darializa Chevalier has come into my district to do what AOC did to Michael Belzer and Samely Lopez, with the difference that AOC stood alone against Joe Crowley.

Unfortunately, Darializa has two other left-wing candidates who will split her vote against Adriano Espaillat. How do I know this? I am one of them. I read the DSA internal forums, and some of the people organizing Darializa's campaign are the same people who organized #OccupyWallStreet.

To change the system, one needs to understand the system. AOC's recent email about being treated badly by her party is nonsense. The Democratic Party is not merely a political party; it is a quasi-governmental entity.

Until she understands that, nothing will change. The only way AOC becomes president is if she stops being a leftist and becomes a right-wing liberal, just like Obama or Zohran. When figures like them decide to return to their roots, the left has no chance.

What we will likely see happen is that the consultants will tell AOC to focus on fundraising, and they will pull the same playbook they used on Bernie. The moment a movement becomes dependent on consultants and donor networks, its priorities begin to shift.

Hello,

I received an email from Blue Vault PAC with the following message: "One of our PACs platform members recently nominated your committee, Tbc For Congress, to join our platform. I'm excited to reach out to you and share more about what that means and the next steps."

As a Bitcoiner who fought the New York BitLicense in 2015 (https://newyork.abolishthebitlicense.org), I immediately replied and clicked on all the buttons to get started, but when it was time for the video conference, nobody was on the other side.

I suspect that everything was automated, since the original email was sent to the email address I provided to the FEC when I registered, and that Blue Vault most likely scraped it.

As a Bitcoiner, I still believe that Bitcoin is the first intangible commodity, though many clarifications still need to happen.

I am fairly well known in my community and could be a viable candidate if certain things offered in the Blue Vault paper were to happen.

Does anyone here know Will Schweitzer?

Socialist Candidate for Congress in the NY13 Democratic Primary

The Delegate Selection Plan is the document that explain all the rules on how the party will select the nominee.

AOC did not work to get a single delegate elected to that meeting. This meeting was run by Liberals for a Liberal candidate to be selected.

I tried, and tried, and tried to get people to listen but it's really over for a Socialist to have a chance for 2028. If someone read the rules and tell me it ain't so, I am all hear.
