Beware of LinkedIn remote job scams

I applied on LinkedIn for a part-time project engineer role that was perfect for my situation. A "recruiter" responded in my personal messages to THEN say that I would get a response by text with the 'actual' job description ??

I respond and he immediately says the job has "already been filled" -- pretty sure it never existed -- But what he actually can recruit me for is a freelance data improvement position in trading card sales .. I tried to politely decline and what follows is his attempt at winning me back.

Stay safe trying to apply in this job market 😟

Denied, without even a consultative interview

"Your condition results in some limitations in your ability to perform work related activities. We have determined that your condition is not severe enough to keep you from working. We considered the medical and other information, your age, education, and work experience in determining how your condition affects your ability to work. We do not have sufficient vocational information to determine whether you can perform any of your past relevant work. However, based on the evidence in file, we have determined that you can adjust to other work."

I got everything in on time:

The adult disability report, the work history report, the daily life report, diagnosis letters, prescriptions, clinician contact information going back three years, a short-term disability leave approval, an emergency room discharge report (to show that working caused my health to worsen to the point of hospitalization).

I even got BLESSED with a documented PIP from my previous employer detailing how I was at risk of termination due to insufficient performance, TIED to my disability. Denied.

I already faxed and submitted an SSA-3288 to request a copy of my full Disability Determination Explanation (DDE), but like. It feels like there's no point 😕

AR Mock Exam "trick" questions

I noticed that in Andrew Ramdayal's mock exam questions, he likes to have wrong answer choices that are not PMI recognized processes at all. Is this "spot the made up term" style accurate to the real exam, or should I stick with my Landini prep?

Am I overthinking this first date situation?

So I (25M) met a girl (23F) at a nightclub in my promoter friend's bottle section a little while ago, and she seemed genuinely interested in me.

We planned to go to brunch, and I picked a diner that looked nice but was still affordable for me. She then asked if her friend could join too, and last minute canceled because she said she got sick. A few days later I saw on her social media that she had gone on vacation to the Dominican Republic. She came back to town and didn’t really follow up, so I ended up being the one to ask if she was back and still wanted to go out and she agreed.

I asked if she'd want to go back to the same nightclub later that week and get dinner before then. The place opens at 10 so I suggested this dosa place nearby and asked if 8:30 worked for her. She said it sounded good. Earlier the day of I checked if the time still worked for dinner. She asked if 9:30 would work instead, which already felt kind of late for dinner but I agreed. Then later in the afternoon she asked if instead we could go somewhere else that served alcohol and suggested a much more upscale pan-asian place where entrees start around $50-60.

At this point I started feeling honestly not excited anymore. It felt like the plans kept changing, I’m always the one re-initiating, and now the expectation suddenly shifted from a casual affordable first date into a high-end dinner/drinks situation that could easily become a pretty expensive night to just get ghosted.

I ended up cancelling saying I'd be hungry for dinner earlier in the evening, but I can’t tell if I’m overthinking this or if my gut is right telling me this dynamic already felt off.
