Looking for recipes from Samoa

Hello all!

First thing's first, thank you for taking the time to read this. I am looking for recipes from all over the world as it is one of my favorite things about traveling and I love bringing the world's food to my own kitchen.

While I understand I could "just simply Google recipes" and probably find some, I wanted to directly ask the Samoa community (either still on Samoa or a diaspora) about any recipes they have. Food, drink, etc. So if you have anything at all you'd like to share, it would be greatly appreciated! I'm looking for stuff that was either made in Samoa or came from overseas and had a twist added to it from the islands; IE something you'd actually find in Samoa and not in those Polynesian restaurants you'd find in the states where half the food isn't Polynesian based at all but eastern Asian based and they just called it "Polynesian" to give it a new exotic flair.

Anything at all is greatly appreciated, whether you have a recipe yourself or you can link one or provide information to where I could find authentic recipes. Thank you so much for taking your time to read this and thank you to anyone who can provide some recipe examples.

I hope you all have a great day today.

Interested in Belizean recipes.

Hello all, how are you all?

I'm looking to try recipes from all over the world and I want to get recipes directly from the source, so why not ask here right?

I'm interested in food recipes, drink recipes, your grandparents recipes, anything you guys got! I've found a few recipes from just simply "googling it", but I'm not sure on how to verify the authenticity of some of these recipes.

If you guys have any recipes that you personally know for food or drinks or know a verifiable source that you can link or mention that has true Belizean recipes, it is very much appreciated! I can't wait to try them!

Thank you for taking the time to read this post, I understand I may be asking a bit much, but why, maybe there's someone who can help me or penpal me to someone who can help me etc etc. again, thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you even more to anyone who is willing to help me find recipes or knows recipes that they link or comment.

I hope you all have a great day today.

Looking for more Somali good recipes

Hello all,

I'm writing to ask about more food and/or drink recipes from Somalia. I do understand that I could "just Google it' and find recipes there, but I wanted to ask the people of Somalia or the Somali diaspora out of the country about recipes they personally know.

Essentially, I am asking for your family's recipes, step by step, ingredients list etc. I understand that what I'm asking may be a lot, but I want to hear it directly from people rather than just a mindless Google search that may not be 100% accurate.

Quite literally any recipes you guys have will be very helpful, OR if you know or any recipes online that you can confirm are good and/or authentic, that will be MASSIVELY appreciated.

Oh, and one more thing, I understand that Somalia is a fairly large country, competitively speaking, so obviously different parts of the country are going to have different foods and recipes, so if you know anything that's region specific or can point me to something that you know is accurate, that will be VERY helpful.

Thank you so much to anyone who even takes the time to read this, maybe you're also interested in recipes from around the world or know someone who is? Either way, again, thank you to anyone and everyone who is reading this and a bigger thank you to anyone who can help me find some more recipes.

(My apologies for any spelling mistakes, grammar, or punctuation errors, I am writing this at near 1 in the morning for me.)
