Hi friends- I love the Vineyard and it is definitely the highlight of any summer I’m able to get there. This year I was shocked by the hotel prices - did anyone else notice this? I typically rent a house for a week or stay at the Harbor View for 2-3 nights, which is a splurge and I know that. However, this year prices were $1800-$2500 in Edgartown anywhere!
Hi- I’ve taken Xanax for 20 years as needed (.25 mgs). In the last 2 years, I had two major life traumas and went up to 2 mgs a day for a few months, then down to 1 mg, now am at .5 before bedtime. I assumed I could just stop taking it with no problem as I have many times before over the years- but my body is not happy when I don’t take one. Antsy, uncomfortable in my skin, can’t sleep, etc. It feels so weird because I always took it bc of anxiety- now no anxiety, but my body wants it. Any thoughts? Advice?
