Which City is better bhopal and mohali?

My priority was bhopal but I saw some post saying the city is dogshit and all so plzz tell how both these cities are ? Are they unsafe for women, are people uncivilized and uncultured?

And which college is better for math major and cs minor bhopal and mohali ?

I'm scoring 92 marks (sc female), was expecting 102 but alas here we are, can I still expect IISER bhopal btech?
