Need first plant ideas!

Hey team so I am just getting into bonsai and only got the space for a small plant so I was curious if anyone knows a plant that hits 5 criteria’s, does well in high humidity, slow growing, small, visually appealing, and easily accessible, anyone got any ideas? I am aware bonsai isn’t a kind of plant but a form of “plant manipulation” if i’m not mistaken, this will also be used for a praying mantis enclosure later on

Mantis enclosure ideas

“Hey team I know this is kinda out of your usual posts but I want to make a bio active enclosure for a praying mantis i recently purchased, but I need a bonsai plant that will do well in high humidity, as well as slow growing and can be relatively small wile still looking visually attractive, anyone got ideas?” sent this to r/bonsai but they deleted it because it’s not strictly bonsai related, but i’m curious if you guys would know?
