I am born and brought up in Dhaka. My education and everything was in Dhaka as well. Being a hopeless romantic person, I have found myself a bit unrealistic in terms of human bondings. Like, if you are in love with a person, you be devoted to that person. You be fully into that person. If that's not the way then It's not love. I am a bit old school in case of relationships. Possessive and emotional.

Here's a small intro of mine. The rest I'll keep private.

*5'5" height.

*Not skinny, not obese.

*We are two members in family, me and baba. I got teachers' quarter as well. Didn't shift.

*Bachelor's and master's from Dhaka University.

*Age Range that you would want/require in a prospect: 25-35

*Level of religiosity: idk what's the level. I am kind. I don't intentionally harm anyone. I am a safe person. Ain't this religiosity? 😅

*Do I want kids? Yes, if I see my husband as the father of my child.

*Not Just for my profession, I love studying new trends and theories regarding the very subject I teach. And I love the fact 'cholo ektu ghure ashi'. I literally can spend all my savings in travelling the world.

Immediately after graduation and post graduation, I joined as a lecturer in an army institution. So, now life seems to be settled down to look for a partner in crime.

Based on my current situation, I am preferring someone from Bangladesh army or BAF. Or someone who is planning for higher studies abroad / already doing his higher studies abroad.

He must be kind. Soft spoken when needed, loud when appropriate. If you are not into me, deeply and madly, do not let me be in your life. I will be more grateful.

I am mentioning this because I feel aligning future plans and life goals are pretty important to have a happy togetherness.

Master’s /PhD in the field of Education

I am from an asian country and I hope to pursue a PhD in Education in the next few years. My academic interests include educational research, inclusive education, special education, teacher education, assessment, etc.

Since Education is not as commonly discussed as STEM fields, I am finding it difficult to identify universities that have particularly strong Schools of Education and good funding opportunities for international students.

What are the chances for this subject in Germany?

Looking for PhD opportubities and application advice in Education as an international applicant

I am from an asian country and I hope to pursue a PhD in Education in the next few years. My academic interests include educational research, inclusive education, special education, teacher education, assessment and evaluation. Currently I am working as a University lecturer.

Since Education is not as commonly discussed as STEM fields, I am finding it difficult to identify universities that have particularly strong Schools of Education and good funding opportunities for international students.

I would really appreciate your advice on a few questions:

Which universities are considered the strongest for a PhD in Education?

Which universities are known for providing good funding to international PhD students in Education?

What can I do over the next 1–2 years to become a more competitive applicant?

Finally, is there anyone who can mentor me? I'd humbly appreciate that. Thank you.
