Has anyone in Pakistan successfully made a payment to a New Zealand business or individual recently?

I'm trying to understand whether there are currently any practical difficulties with sending legitimate commercial payments from Pakistan to New Zealand.

We are dealing with a Pakistani company that says it is experiencing difficulties completing payment due to banking, foreign exchange, or regulatory requirements. The transaction is a genuine business transaction, and we're trying to determine whether this is a common issue or specific to the payer's circumstances.
