Job market entry level

I have a MS in planning and I worked for two months before getting canned after relocating in a rural area where there are no jobs. I don’t know if I should leave that part off my resume. I have applied for over 95 jobs in planning private and public sector and jobs in anything equivalent or serving cashier jobs I have had over 17 interviews and no offers granted some I blew from low confidence. And idk how the market is doing in this field or what advice people have to offer I’m in NC and I know we don’t have a state budget yet too. And two jobs I got really close to go canceled and decided not to hire anyone at this time.
