So I've been here going on 3 years, hired on as a key and promoted to asm. Now don't get me wrong I love everyone I work with even when they have their moments but I recently asked my sm for a demotion (or the 5th time) because with my health issues it makes it hard to hit my minimum hours. Well after I asked she just laughed and said no. Now I'm unfortunately a pretty hard worker and get a good 15out of 20ish rts done in about 7hrs on our dry truck days and get all frozen done before the coolers are finished on fresh days, after them though I'm left not being able to get out of bed, almost literally, which is why I asked for the demotion in the first place so hitting minimum wouldn't be a problem. I've been asking for about 2 months now and honestly quite fed up with it. I'm debating on whether to talk to my dm about a demotion or just quit.

Edit: Forgot to mention it's the same SM who worries about meeting my minimum when she herself leaves early everyday for bs excuses and doesn't ever have to meet hers? Just feel like that's a bit backwards and really annoying which upsets me about this while situation even more.
