Anyone using Jira / JSM with NinjaOne?

Hey all, I build Jira apps and I'm wondering if a NinjaOne integration would be useful or if I'd be wasting my time.

I know Ninja has its own ticketing, but do any of you run Jira or JSM alongside it anyway?

Not selling anything, just want honest opinions.

Any Python devs here?

On Data Center, Groovy makes sense because it's all on the JVM, so ScriptRunner fits naturally. But on Cloud that constraint's gone, and Python feels like the better fit for most people writing automation these days.

So my question: if you're scripting/automating Jira Cloud, would a Python-first tool actually appeal to you? Or does Jira automation already cover what you need? Trying to figure out if this is a real gap (or just me wanting it to be one).

I've got an early MVP built, so if anyone's interested I might also be willing to pay someone to poke at it and give honest feedback. Not trying to advertise, I don't even know if this will make it to the marketplace, so I hope I'm not violating the rules. Thanks!
