Is this an example of a die chip and die crack?

Sorting my wheatbacks when I came across this one. I think the die chip is obvious, but the die crack I’m not too sure. I managed to get some decent pics to show the depth of the crack. There appears to be extra metal coming off of the R.

I’m not too familiar with errors and hardly look for them so it would be cool to get a 2 for 1. Any info is appreciated.

Finally hit on a bag of quarters at work

32 silver total, 2 of them were Canadian but I’ll take it. Most ranging in the 40s and 50s, with one 1935 as well. Can’t quite read the date on the SLQ, need to take a closer look with the scope. May this post bring you luck on your next hunt!

Found my first error at work, 1999P nickel with a rotated die 90 degrees

Found this completely by chance while looking for War Nickels. Not too familiar with errors like this, any value?
