Spot round last date and hostel opting last date clash

So spot round is ending on 31july and last date for hostel hard copy submission is also 31st, and we need roll no for opting hostel but it would be given only after spot round, wtff🥲

For someone like me from OS how we gonna handle this, i think I will have to be in delhi only from 31 july onwards ts is the only option..

Upgradation

If the opening rank of ee is my rank(28411) in r4, how probable is it for me to get upgraded in evdt in later rounds
