can POTS come with/ mimic vestibular issues? i’m pretty sure i have POTS as i’ve been told by two ER visits (but not officially diagnosed) my symptoms started with 20 minute vertigo attacks where i literally can’t move. i’m trying to pinpoint where this could be coming from cause i’ve never dealt with any vestibular issues previously. now i have all the classic POTS symptoms plus the vertigo that came first. could they be related at all?
ive been dealing with this off and on for the past year. randomly ill get extremely lightheaded, not a room spinning dizziness but an extreme feeling that im floating and i cant turn my head or else i feel like im gonna fall that way. these episodes last around 20 minutes each. the weird thing is it ALWAYS comes with my right ear ringing. sometimes my ear will ring first and i know the episode is coming. after 20 minutes the lightheadedness goes away but my ear still rings for maybe an hour. i haven’t been able to pinpoint a single trigger because it happens randomly. my husband says he tends to notice i experience them more on my period but like i said they’ve happened at any time so i can’t pinpoint anything. i deal with horrible health anxiety and general anxiety and i’ve read a bunch that this could just be my anxiety. but i feel like my anxiety got worse because of the lightheadedness, not the other way around. and i can’t seem to conceptualize how anxiety could make me have dizzy spells with only my right ear ringing.. like how? someone please explain to me what this could be the anxiety of it is killing me, every time it happens i freak out like im having a stroke or aneurysm and i feel like im gonna die

i feel like my heartrate speeds up and slows down at times randomly and i’ve been having chest pain. i was at rest for both tests, the second one was an ekg taken in the ER after i went for chest pain and pressure. i have major cardiophobia so im constantly fearing something wrong w my heart. someone please tell me what they see, the ER seemed like they wanted to get me out of there fast.
i’m 23f and have been struggling with cardiophobia for the past couple of years. my absolute worst fear is my heart will suddenly stop and no one will be there to help me. when i was around 13 i felt like my heart would beat slower, i went to the cardiologist and it was no issue. within the last two years ive been in the ER 3 times for chest pain and palpitations & to no avail ofcourse. (very well could’ve been symptoms from the anxiety) my cardiophobia spirals are off and on but when they’re on they are the absolute worst. constant fear that something is wrong and i’m gonna die soon. this past week i’ve been dealing with pulses of pain coming from my heart area and feeling like my heart is beating slower. also one of my triggers is when i realize how slow my heart beats when i take a deep breath and exhale. does anyone else experience slow beats on the exhale?? also i was diagnosed with a minor not dangerous heart murmur at birth. i always think maybe the murmur escalated into something and it’s gonna kill me. i hate constantly living in fear about my heart. i absolutely hate going to doctors but im going to set an appointment with a cardiologist ive been putting off for months. i anticipate them saying its nothing. i just cant deal with this anxiety anymore. if anyone has cardiophobia please tell me any tricks that helped you out of your bad days!
If you could go back to when you first started trading and were only allowed to teach yourself one concept or show yourself one video that would accelerate your progress the most, what would it be?

sometimes when i go from sitting to standing or after doing any type of strenuous activity i feel like my heart is actually beating slower but with stronger thumping beats. i vividly remember the first time i realized this was in middle school, during PE i’d always feel like my heart was beating slower instead of faster. i ended up going to the cardiologist and nothing was wrong. anywho i have POTS now and wanted to know if anyone else experiences this
i’ve found that sometimes when i find an entry for a reversal and place my stop at the low/high, sometimes price will re-sweep that low/high then run to my target. and then sometimes i’ll be patient and wait for a re-sweep, but price just runs to my target without retracing. is there any way to determine if price is going to sweep that level again or just run? or is it just something that comes with conviction?
i have panic disorder and a bunch of physical symptoms the most prominent one being lightheadedness/not feeling real. it feels like most days the onset starts right at sunset like clockwork. does anyone know why this could be. it gets the worse as the night progresses until i fall asleep. and then most of the time when i wake up im okay again. i’m starting to feel like im crazy cause how do i feel the same things at the same times
