My fee got verified today and I got exemption on the basis of NTS NAT. People who got offer letters after phase 2 tests and calculations had a merit lower than me. I’m .825 points above the least known merit for BS SE. When will I get my offer letter as I’m already above the cutoff merit??

The deadline for phase 2&3 admissions at ISB campus is 2 July, and the Phase 2 test is scheduled on 29 June. However, I'm not prepared enough for 29th June so how can I only appear in Phase 3 CBT (July onwards)? Should I submit my application and pay my fee after 29 June? (I have my NTS NAT score, but my aggregate is 72. I don't think it's safe for BS Software Engineering-Evening; that's why I'm also appearing for CBT). Plus, I need to submit separate applications+fee for both NAT and CBT, right?
I have my BUET on Sunday. I have applied for BS CS (E-8 ISB). How and from where should I prepare for it? What is the difficulty level (specifically maths)? Is NAT or BUET harder? Plus, what are my chances:
