Mk6 started making this sound when turning the wheel left, u can see the lower control arm slightly shifting up and down everytime the sound happens, and it is much louder from inside the car, what could the sound be?

Noticed this knocking sound when i turned the car on after sitting for a few hours, after I shut it off i could hear a water rushing sound, what could the sound be?
