Is this normal.. the bikes always running on xp95 .. theres some rusting in tank and paint peel

So the prolube costs 1719 for 2 ltrs .. thats the mrp i think are they allowed to put gst over the product mrp

Story time.

My bike fell on a curve as my friend was driving and suffered tank dent and scratch on left and front brake failure .. i got it towed on 13th may and i got a call at 11 pm that the has been an incident with bike and a wild animal leaped on truck and bike fell feom truck which i believe is complete bs .i was told that rsa company would bear all the charges of the damages. after calling triumph rsa team submitting emails daily with no updates from their sides maybe a call every 2 3 days saying investigation is under process ..i was told that you can collect bike on 24th may fast forward i travelled 300 kms to the svc and was told by them that they can release the bike until payment has been made by rsa company and i had to travel back to my home 300 kms away empty handed plus i have been told that i have to bear 50% charges of the tank as it was already dented .but the dent on my side was pretty fixable with dry dent and a sticker .. i have suffered a lot during this incidence travelling 300 kms hence and forth atleast a 100 calls and nick nacks. Also i was treated very rudly by surveyor of the rsa company who talked very rudely

with me shouted like crazy

Should i file a case in consumer court? as i have to bear the cost of travelling .. my fuel tank was full when it was being towed with shell v power now its almost empty. I did not ask for engine guard change because it was just scuffed but after seeing their attitude i also wish to change it as why should i suffer any scratches if i have to bear half the cost of tank but theyre refusing as they've already processed documentation

Or should i bear the charges? Its not worth going to consumer court

Urgent help required...

My bike was being towed by Rsa and i got a call claiming the vehicle has met with an accident with wild animal and my bike fell [which i believe is completely bs theyre saying so to prevent claims ]

I contacted the triumph rsa toll free no. They told me it comes under natural causes so there won't be anything from their side .. help me what i can do .. there's a dent on my tanks right side .. i don't know the current running condition of bike as it got dropped off at triumph Dehradun and im in haldwani..i have videos of bike before and after it got strapped on truck with the video of straps placed differently after the alleged collition .. help me what can be don3

As i got into crash few days ago i have a scratched left side panel .. buffing will remove some scratches but not majorr chunk .. thinking of getting this wrapped are these vents functional ?? Will warpping it completely have any effect ???or should i get it repainted ? 2k for this panel is too much imo..
