My 9 year old has always had a problem with thumb sucking. It has gotten to the point he has an expander and mouth rake, and he is STILL sucking! We have tried EVERYTHING! Help me save my son's mouth! What do I do?!

I know he wants to stop too, we all feel helpless. Help.

(Mods- if he already has a mouth rake and expander- we are clearly long into the process of doctor/dentist involvement, not looking for medical advice, looking for other parent and thumb sucker suggestions!)
