I've been using Dito. Worked great in Cebu and Manila, but not Dumaguete. Doesn't work inside buildings. Doesn't work downtown. It only seems to work in open areas with no buildings around....like the boulevard waterfront. So....I don't use it.

Any better SIM cards or are they all the same?
