Fitness update.

Today I went for a walk around my local area and realised just how much my fitness has improved. There were lots of inclines and hills, and I climbed about 16 flights of stairs . By the end of the walk, I still wasn't tired. In fact, I wished I'd planned a more challenging route! The walk lasted about 1.5 hours in total.

I'm honestly blown away by the improvements, and it all started with floor living.

The constant movement from sitting to standing has really improved my lower-body strength, flexibility, and mobility. I can now stand up from sitting in a squat on my low bed, and I can also get up from the floor using different positions—all without using my hands.

It's been about two months since I started sitting and sleeping on the floor. I've also added a 30-minute walk to and from work every day. The route is up hill.

My sleeping setup is a firm floor mattress with a thin futon, giving a total height of about 20 cm off the floor.

So far, I've lost 7 kg, and I'm amazed by how much stronger and fitter I feel.

Thank you . ❤️ xx
