The texture of this focaccia was more like a fluffy cornbread. SO good! Strada Italian restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina, U.S. The GF/DF eggplant parm didn't blow my mind but was happy I could have some some.

Delicious! Nice, soft bread and dedicated fryers. Husband's patatas bravas with poached eggs in the background. I believe those were gluten-free as well. He said they were the best potatoes he's ever had.
