I turned the worst year of my life into a book.

My book tells the story of how I went from the happiest period of my life to one of the darkest, and how, despite thinking I'd reached rock bottom, things continued to unravel.

I don't want this to come across as a sob story that isn't why I'm sharing it. I genuinely believe it's a compelling story about trust, love, manipulation, and the consequences of putting your faith in the wrong person. I poured an enormous amount of time and emotion into writing it.

At its core, it's about a relationship that I believe left me emotionally and financially devastated. Looking back, I felt manipulated in ways I didn't recognize at the time, and the effects are still shaping my life today. It's the story of someone I once loved and admired for her intelligence, but who ultimately became the person I trusted the least.

Whether readers agree with my perspective or not, I hope they find the story engaging, thought-provoking, and worth reading.

How do i get people to buy my book?

My book is based on my own lived experience. It tells the story of how I went from the happiest period of my life to one of the darkest, and how, despite thinking I'd reached rock bottom, things continued to unravel.

I'm trying to rebuild my life by selling the book I wrote.

Hi everyone,

The past year has been one of the hardest of my life. I'm currently facing significant legal expenses following a difficult personal situation, and it's left me trying to find ways to get back on my feet.

Instead of asking for donations alone, I decided to create something. I wrote a book to tell my story, and it's now available on Amazon.

If you're able to support me, purchasing a copy would mean the world to me. Every bit helps me cover my legal costs while allowing me to keep creating something positive from an otherwise difficult chapter in my life.

If buying isn't possible, an upvote or sharing this post would also be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I turned one of the darkest periods of my life into my first source of passive income.

A difficult relationship left me facing significant legal expenses and one of the toughest years I've experienced.

Therapy wasn't what helped me move forward. Creating something did.

So I decided to share my story by writing a book and publishing it through Amazon KDP. I have no idea whether it'll make €10 or €10,000, but it feels good to have built something from a difficult chapter in my life.

If anyone has experience growing KDP sales, I'd love your advice. And if you'd like to support an independent author, I'd really appreciate you checking it out.

You can buy the book from here. I promise it's worth a read, and I hope my misery brings you joy:

I wrote a book to help me pay my legal bills

Reddit, please do your thing.

The last year has been one of the hardest I've ever experienced. I went through a relationship that left me emotionally and financially drained, and I found myself dealing with a situation that has resulted in ongoing legal costs.

This book is a way for me to process my personal experience and share my story instead of just dwelling on everything that happened.

I'm just someone trying to rebuild, one step at a time.

If anyone is interested in supporting, I'd be incredibly grateful if you bought a copy. Every purchase helps cover the legal expenses I'm dealing with, but even an upvote or a kind comment means a lot.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy the book as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Please buy the book here:

is it just me, or does it feel like no matter how hard I work, i cant get out of the rat race?

I'm at the point where it feels like I'm running as fast as I can just to stay in the same place.

I work full-time, regularly put in 60+ hour weeks, and do everything we're told we're supposed to do: work hard, be responsible, avoid unnecessary spending, and try to get ahead. Yet somehow it still feels impossible to build any real financial security.

Every time I make progress, something else comes up. Rent, mortgages, insurance, taxes, food, unexpected expenses... it feels like the goalposts just keep moving. The harder I work, the more exhausted I become, but my quality of life barely changes.

I'm not expecting to become rich overnight. I just want to reach a point where I can breathe without constantly worrying about money or feeling like missing one paycheck would set everything on fire.

Does anyone else feel like the traditional "work hard and you'll get ahead" advice just doesn't match reality anymore? Or am I missing something?
