A funny realisation

Today evening, I was walking outside my house while my dog was playing around as usual. My neighbour has a four-year-old son who is always outside, doing all the curious little things kids do.

This time, he had climbed onto the roof of the car parked in their porch. I watched him climb up and jump down, and I couldn't help thinking how dangerous it was to leave a child unsupervised. If he slipped, fell, and hit his head, it could have been really serious.

Then I remembered that I used to do all kinds of dangerous things when I was a child. I was a constant headache for my parents because they always had to keep an eye on me, or I'd find some new way to get into trouble. I still remember falling from a height of around 10 feet and ending up with a cut on my head.

Watching that little boy brought back all those childhood memories. It also made me think about how challenging it must be to raise a child, even though those mischievous moments are probably some of the most memorable and enjoyable parts of parenting.

While all these thoughts were running through my mind, I suddenly realised something funny—I had climbed onto the wall in front of my house without even noticing. (For context, my house is about 10 feet above road level, so the compound wall is only around 3 feet high from the courtyard.)

That's when it hit me, I was doing exactly what that little boy had been doing😂😅.

I guess the moral of the story is that even though we grow up, there's always a child somewhere inside us.

At least, there definitely is in me. 🤪

FDFS Experiences

talk about your FDFS experiences.

The best FDFS I ever had was for Premam. The film exploded on social media after the first show. People were talking about the storyline and how good it was, and it was absolutely worth watching without any spoilers.

I went in with some expectations because it was an Alphonse Puthren movie, and I had really loved Neram.

Watching a movie without any kind of expectations and spoilers and it actually delivers a top theatrical experience is rare. There's a big list of movies I wish I had gone for FDFS.

Rahul Raj is underrated

This guy has a lot of songs which are just pure gems. Don't know where he disappeared but his music is something I still vibe to. Drop your favourites .
