Heresy noob here

I recently played 1000pts tutorial game(3:3 including mentor) with WB and Mechanicum allied army and I enjoyed it.

I am also collecting Knights and I want to make 3000pts knights army oneday and question here.

Do knight players Use Mechanicum Automata or Auxilia Detachments? I am not expecting my Knights army to be always winning army but I do not want my army to be always losing one.

so, is it okay to bring Mechanicum through Automata Talon Detachment or bring Auxilia thorugh Yeomanry Mesnie? if you do, how many of them do you recommend? especially Castellax, they looking cool even it allows only Bolt Cannon version.

I have 1 Questoris with 2 Gatling and 1 Acheron and 2 Armiger Warglaives and 1 Vultarax and planning to add 1 Lancer and 1 Castigator and maybe 2 Moiraxes

Inspired by paintings of other player, I decided to make my Phraetus glowing with the Daemon inside.

I removed its painting multiple times so I hope I can finish this model this time.

WB NOOB here, recently I was building WB with some Saturnine Termies and I found that WB Saturnine Praetor cannot join Phraetus Anointed terminator cuz there is no way High command get 'Malefic' trait.

So I decided to build Saturnine Command squad for Saturnine Praetor to join. However, I haven't decided how to field Saturnine termies on the field

So, What kind of transportation do you prefer or recommend for Saturnine termies?

1 Deep strike

2 Land Raider Carrier with 3 Saturnine

3 Spartan

4.Flying Transportation(Storm Eagle, Dreadclaw, Kharybdis)

And I am planning to use Saturnine Praetor with 2 or 3 Saturnine Command squad and 3-5 Phraetus anointed termies and they are going to be melee oriented(Axes) squads

And is there any recommended loadouts for them?

I did some Osl using fluor and pigments, But didnt do light reflection on body in case I replace Plasma into Saturnine axe

I am repainting my previous work because layer of AMMO Shader product molten in water and varnish for unknown reason and as a result ruined my decals.

Hi, HH noob here

I am collecting and painting Word Bearers and Mechanicum allied army for game of Heresy and recently found this AOS Spearhead box soon to be released.

And question here, I was planning to use Slaanesh Fiends(75mm oval) as Ruinstorm Beasts(50mm round)and Slaanesh Seekers(60mm oval) as Daemon Cavalry(60mm round or 90mm oval).

However, I found included base size for Fiends and seekers are different from Designers note of base size mentioned in Ruinstorm Daemons PDF.

PDF says it is recommended not mandatory, but how do players of Heresy think of this? Is it acceptable to players of Heresy for using included base or not?

I am pondering about it because I am also thinking about playing AOS And 40K in the future
