Quick question, I am having a new central ac unit installed in my house, when I saw the techs wheeling the new unit out back I walked out. One of the techs walked away and the other tech was moving the unit himself (dragging it against my concrete). Is this something to be worried about? Is he scratching the heck out of it and going to cause issues? I just feel it’s odd to be dragging such an expensive item around on concrete.
