what's everybody getting on their VA loan rate for a new home 30 year mortgage

I am doing an audio exam for CNP can I use those results for hearing aids at the VA or will I need to do another exam with the VA?

I’m in my third week of MOVE, and nobody warned me this class would be the funniest thing on the internet.

Every week we log into the virtual session, and 90% of the class is STILL trying to figure out how to turn on their microphone, camera, or both. Then somebody’s camera accidentally comes on, and suddenly we’re all getting a view of their junk.

Meanwhile, Charlie is attending class while driving down the road. Then Sam starts ratting him out to the whole class: “Charlie’s driving!” like he’s reporting a crime in progress.

Of course, every class has the traditional class clowns who won’t shut the fuck up, a couple of guys trying to flirt with the instructor like they’re on a dating app instead of a weight-loss program, and three or four people who somehow missed the entire first class and keep asking:

“Where do I get my Ozempic?”
“How do I get my Ozempic?”
“When do I get my Ozempic?”

At this point, I don’t even log in for the weight-loss advice. I log in for the weekly episode.

Why do fellow coworkers feel the need just a walk right in your cubicle like you're not busy at all especially the people that have offices with doors.

Have my first C P exam with them, hope they are good

They have to be the slowest 😾

I went from step three to step four with no exams and no contact from the VA. I’m a little confused anyone ever experienced this thank you in advance and be safe out there my friends

Greetings fellow veterans. Today, let’s not worry about the things we cannot control. Take a deep breath, focus on the next right step, and keep moving forward. One day at a time. We’ve made it through hard days before, and we’ll make it through this one too.

Any recommendations on where to get a nice wood walking cane?

Anyone recently built in Putnam or Volusia counties? If so, can you please drop a company that you used and whether you like them or not thank you in advance
