A seller clicked cancel and not return the item in error
I suspect the answer is going to be that there is nothing I can do to help but let me ask. I bought a £10 item that was incorrectly listed and measured differently when it arrived. I clicked on a return asking for a label and the seller clicked on cancel but didn’t provide a label. I have had this before with cheaper items and assumed they just didn’t want to pay the return postage for a £10 item. But a week or so later they messaged asking why I hadn’t returned the item! I have said I would be happy to do so but strictly on platform as I don’t to be seen to share personal data in messages. They offered to send me postage costs but I am not sending bank details and then they offered to post cash for the postage, which seems odd for a £10 item. This is block and walk away time isn’t it?
