Is it risky to try to get them to match an offer? (Salary)
I'm not really looking for other jobs, but I get interest from recruiters from time to time. If I get an offer from somewhere else, would it be worth it to try to get them to match it or give me a raise, or is that just a non starter here and should not be attempted?
