Now that the TDL is done. Can anyone school me about it? How was it? Technical? Runnable? Brutal?

As it says in the topic, can it be washed in the machine? With a laundry bag to protect it? On the Salomon page it says it should only be hand washed. Mine is absolutely filthy and handwashing it just won't cut it. Have anyone of you washed it in the machine?

Edit: Thank you everybody! I'll throw it in the machine, in a laundry bag, gentle program and cold water :)
