Does anyone live at Eagle Rock Apartments and want to share their experience?

Hi everyone, my boyfriend and I’s current apartment in Malden just went up in price and I’m interested in Eagle Rock Apartments. Does anyone have any experiences they can share with this place? It says it only has gas included on Apartments.com. Does anyone have any insight to how much the water/sewer bill is a month then?

ISO of a dress, could use opinions

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a dress for my sisters wedding in early June (yes I procrastinated lol). It’s a pretty lowkey wedding, just family and close close friends up in nature-y part of Maine. I would like to have a dress that would match a nice pair of brown cowgirl boots but having trouble figuring out what would work with that. Anyone have any suggestions? I was looking at this dress, which I love, but know I’d probably have to wear heels/sandals with it.

Dress code is whatever the hell you want. Could go super formal or super casual. Whatever you feel most comfortable in.
