Does reaching out to give a goodbye you never had the chance to give reset the others healing?

My ex broke up with me and I didn’t even fully read her text, I went straight to begging her to stay to which I got no response obviously. I finally worked up the courage to read it myself and now I wanna tell her goodbye to give her some closure, but I don’t wanna reset any possible healing she has to go through. Should I move on?

Do avoidants ever return to anxious people on their own?

I did wanna change some details but honestly if she sees this then that’s her sign; either try to repair or leave things as they are. Anyways, anxious attachment here, my girlfriend broke up with me on Sunday and said this. I’m not holding onto hope of ever getting back with her (I’d love to but I’ve been through a breakup before, I know how to navigate it now) but I just feel like her avoidance made her afraid to communicate boundaries clearer especially whenever I asked about them (I’d ask her questions about us and everytime she’d say it’s all good and there’s no feedback so I assumed everything was fine). I think her avoidance is also the reason why she seemingly projected my own needs onto me instead of directly asking me (which btw I don’t need constant communication like what she said but I understand why she felt that way). She fid ghost me for like 3 months before we became official and my needy ahh came back and asked if we could try again and she said yeah. What are the chances she breaks no contact? Anyways, I won’t dwell on it too much, this is just so I can find closure, just so I’ll know if there’s any hope at all or not because she really was a great person. Thoughts? And by the way, the parentheses in the text are commentary from my friend because I knew it’d be too painful to read what she said myself so I had him summarize it for me, I did kinda read through what she said though, I just skimmed words because when she first texted me the breakup news I went into a panic attack and immediately responded asking to repair before I even finished reading, to which she obviously never responded.
