Should I go to team member relations about this?

Thinking of the best to way to go about this. I been at chilis for about 2 months I got hired as a server. My server scores are decent, but management is making me uncomfortable. I never knew there was an issue because nobody spoke to me directly but several of my coworkers have come up to me and told me that a manager came up to them making conversation and brought me up calling me “strong faced” , telling people I think I’m too cute to work and making fun of my walk saying I think I’m a princess . Mind you I come to work and mind my business and don’t bother nobody. So for her to make those comments about me is weird for a manager at that.

She also makes the schedule, so she’s been taking me off serving shifts and putting me as food runner as well as cutting my hours to 16 a week saying I make too many mistakes (I don’t) there are people who make way more mistakes. My thing is if there is an issue about me and my work performance why not address me directly instead of gossiping to other workers. It seems to me everything is based off favoritism. I went to the gm but it doesn’t seem like she’s taking it seriously so how should I go about it from here ?

My bf 30m and I (25f) got into an argument over him liking bikini photos on ig.

My bf and I got into an argument last night because I brought up to him that it makes me uncomfortable when he likes half naked photos on instagram

When I brought it up to him he purposely went and liked every one of her photos and told me that I’m the dumbest girl he’s ever been with and that I should find someone else and to take my life more seriously. I’m pregnant so lately I been feeling a little more sensitive when it comes to things . I haven’t heard from him since last night and he’s been ignoring all my calls and texts. I honestly feel like to me it wasn’t serious to the point he lashes out on me and won’t speak to me.

Any advice on what I should do about this?
