Chronic pain for years and question related to referred pain and wand.

Hello,
I am using an Njoy wand as a pelvic wand and I think it’s doing something. I should mention I also have a fissure that was chronic, alongside my urinary symptoms.
I’ve noticed there’s quite literally a specific spot that, when I press with the wand, radiates pain toward the glans — very similar to my chronic urinary pain. This gets triggered specifically when I press at the 12 o’clock position.

Is there a way to make that area stop being painful?

Thanks.

Are there pelvic wand alternative for trigger points releases?

Hello,
I both have a fissure and uti/Prostatitis symptoms. I found some painrelief with self internal massage but only partial which is why I am considering to purchase a tool. Has anyone tried the njoy wand as an alternative? It is quite pricey but it seems like it would work.
Thanks.

Hello,

I just wanted to shortly mention that most of my symptoms are significantly reduced if I manage to get 30-60 minutes of daily walk in the morning outside. I still have to do things like adjusting the white point etc.. but if I am manage to get regular sunlight exposure after I wake up it gets significantly better.

I use an iPhone 15 and I put white point at 60% and add a really small night shift that is always on.

Good luck
