This might sound like a dumb question, but I want to make sure I understand the timing for abilities a bit better (it also clears up confusion when I'm playing with friends):

When using the Forward to Victory Command Ability, do you have to activate it and spend the point before rolling the charge for that unit, or after you roll and fail the charge?
