Is there a reason for brand new bike from the factory to be overfilled with oil?

I got my 26 R7 and been riding it for roughly 400 miles now, came across a few posts from others reporting that their brand new R7 are overfilled. Checked mine and yep it is indeed overfilled, drained some out to be at the level line.

Is there a reason manufacturer shipped a vehicle overfilled with oil? does that have to do anything with the break in period since they recommended to change the oil at 600 miles? Sorry I’m relatively new to motorcycle even though I’ve work on plenty of cars

Help me understand A,AA and AAA protective gears.

I have the Andes V4 Jacket along with pants from Alpinestars cause I really dig the look. it says on both they’re Class A but I purchased level 2 back, chest and hip protectors from them as well. So my question is does that makes the gear AA rated or should I look for different jacket and pants with AA rating?

Tips on making a tight turn from a stop on a sport bike?

I’m relatively new to riding, this is probably skill issue since I’m still new. I’m pretty comfortable with riding and getting better but turning with the R7 at lower speed I usually have to counter balance to the other side pretty hard, (I’m 120lbs 5’8 idk if I have to or it’s just the beginner’s fear of dropping the bike). I did drop it while making a tight turn from a stop reason being probably not having enough momentum but I’m not too hung up on it. Any tips on improving my low speed maneuver on a sport bike? I usually try to practice on my free time if I can around empty parking lot.
