Hi fellow musicians! If (like me) you are all exhausted with the age old problem of trying to earn through streaming figures, but the amount of time, effort and likely money required to earn just a minuscule amount, has taken a toll on your mental well-being, then something is the hell up.
I’ve decided to take action by developing a new kind of music streaming app that is more focused on empowering the artist, as well as the listener, based on a pay-per-play model - which eliminates the artificial streaming problem, doesn’t put the platform first before the artist, gives listeners peace of mind that their hard-earned money is funding the very people who create their favourite music.

No distributor required. You set up an artist account, license your music to be used on the platform (but you retain all rights to your work) and earn 1¢ per stream, paid immediately into your CentHear account, cutting out the middle man once and for all!
I like to be transparent from the get-go, so $10 is the minimum to be made in order to withdraw funds and you keep 100% of your earnings, this is so that we don’t get burned by micro-transactions as we use Stripe for transferring payments. You will also have the option to donate a percentage of withdrawals toward the platform which goes towards upkeep costs, giving you full power as the artist.

This is a startup project, so before I launch, I need to understand if there would really be a demand for this app, from both artists as well as listeners. On Friday 19th June 2026, doors open at 7:00pm and Tidal Rave's frontman welcomes guests with a warm up Electro-Acoustic set, followed by a high-voltage night packed with shimmering synths, explosive guitars and unapologetic energy.
