Looking for a dog

Hey all, I know this is a long shot, but my wife and I came across a woman walking three dogs last Sunday in Tahoe Park, one of which she was fostering. We were on our way to lunch for Mother's Day with the in laws, and my wife has been on the fence about adopting a dog, so I didn't take too much time or get her info, thinking I'd surely be able to find the dog online, and he made quite the impression on her, but I can't find him! He's not listed at Front Street, Bradshaw, or SPCA.

I've walked Tahoe Park just about every day since, we live close by so it's a regular "long" route for us, but haven't run in to her. Her other two dogs were Black GSD's, and her foster was a black and gray, almost GSD x Collie looking mix, she didn't know the breed(s) when we talked to her briefly. I don't really have a description of her because I was paying attention to the dogs, but she had dark hair and was very nice.

If this sounds like someone you know or have seen around the Tahoe Park area, I'd love to get the information of the shelter or program she's fostering through so we can see if the dog is actually a good fit for us. Thanks in advance!

PS If you see the dog and get ideas, I'm putting my dibs in writing right here.

Planning to attend Round 8 at Motegi this year, looking for tips

Hey Everyone! My wife and I are planning our first trip to Japan, and we're going to be attending round 8 at Motegi. I'd really like to be there both days of the race if possible, and we're trying to decide if it's worth 'moving' from Tokyo closer to the track for a couple days (before heading to Kyoto), or if we can transit from Tokyo to the track without having to spend 8 hours each day on busses and trains.

I've come across some articles, but nothing newer than 3 years old. We tried google mapping it, but the route seems weird with a straight line that appears to take the bus under the track and I don't quite trust it lol.

Any other tips about getting around the track and helpful things to bring (earplugs? blanket? empty suitcase for merch?) is welcome as well!
