Exactly as it says on the tin bro I swear I saw her listed in the credits

I just logged an indie pilot that’s been available on the app for years last night and then when I tried to check the likes my review got this morning just now it redirected me to the “something broke” error screen. The show was in my favorites list btw but the poster for it is only showing up as a blank screen now and every time I tap on it I get shown the same message. Is it gone for good? Or is this just a glitch? I feel like I’ve seen this happen before with other similarly niche content on the app and seen it get resolved but this just feels very weird, and I’d hate for all of my logs on it to be gone. Just weird.

My Xbox One just updated and before I can sign in it’s asking me to verify my account by sending a code to the account’s email or phone number. Unfortunately, I was very young when I made my account and didn’t have either so I used someone else’s. Neither phone number or email is still in use by them, but my account still exists. I just can’t get into it and the appeal system hasn’t been helping me so far. Is there anything I can do? Any advice? I have a decade’s worth of save data on multiple games on that account and I’d hate for it to be inaccessible and eventually deleted all because of something silly like this. Please let me know.

(It’s also worth noting that the email and phone number got deleted by the person years ago and yet throughout all the years I’ve spent on this account I’ve never had a problem like this happen before.)

(Also note that my account is NOT suspended and is still very much active, I just can’t get into it right now.)
